Works Great!
Have no problem creating and placing orders. The only thing I found tricky is making sure my order is being placed at the correct store location. Always double check store location before finalizing and submitting your order. Once I almost submitted my order to the wrong location. I think the process for switching store locations could use some simplification. I have it down now though.
Ive used this app for at least 3 years now and my order is just about always ready to go. Only once or twice when maybe I got there a little early and my order wasnt ready to go, but at least they were already making it when I arrived.
Only once ever did I have an issue when I got there just to be told they never received an order. I dont know if it was because girl there could tell that I was upset, or if there is a policy when things like that happen with the app, but the girl gave me my entire order for free (two 6" combos).
The only thing that would make using this app even better is also paying through the app. I believe that is done through a different app download. However I am happy playing at the restaurant when I get there. Unless of course I can associate payment with a gift card the way Starbucks allows you to.
I only gave it 4/5 stars because I think Subway could do more to make the store locating and verification process a little simpler. There should be a screen near the end of the process that undoubtedly lets you know where your order is going, and from that screen you should very easily be able to change your store location.
