Love the app. Why wait in a store line!!!!

Great app. Beats waiting in line. Easy to order even when you have multiple people. We pass the phone around.

AWFUL

This app is terrible Doesnt let me login to my subway and doesnt let me pay in cash or card since it doesnt let me sign in

Wont let me select todays date

Piece of crap wont let me select today for pickup. Yes the selected location is open. Useless.

Love this APP

Nothing easier for ordering and picking up sandwiches. Love how it saves your previous orders so you dont have to build your sandwich each time. The glitch I have come across was when I tried to switch stores, which was difficult to do. The other problem I had was when the store couldnt find my order when I got there, even with my confirmation number. They had to start from scratch and that wasted so much time, which defeated the purpose. But aside from those two times, I have loved this app.

Specials???

As long as Ive had this app I have not been able to see the current specials at my local Subway. If Im going to place an order on the app whats the point of using it if I cant even see what sandwiches are on sale? Frustrated and confused...

Suggestions

Please make an option to turn OFF the audio clips. They are completely unnecessary and annoying. Also, please include a option for tracking "when the app is open"; I dont need my battery to drain because subway needs to know where I am at all times. Thank you

No Benefit

I placed an order and was given a 23 minute pick up time. I can walk to the store, stand in line and order there in less time than that, so no benefit. Theres no way to cancel after you learn the wait time. This should be a standard option for check out. After arriving, I learn the store never got my order, and now my lunch break is over and I have no food to eat. I dont have enough time left in my break to wait for the sandwich to be made.

My thoughts

My gripe is the ability to do online ordering through the app. Not all Subways accept online orders. Is there any way you can label which stores do and expand the app to do so?

Most frustrating.. Difficult to use!

Im so mad right now i want to punch someone out! Its that frustrating to use. Get a clue subway!!! Get a freakin CLUE!!

Sandwich order not ready

Update: this app has taking a hold on my car for 5 purchases declining my zip code when I called the credit company and conf I have the right one but yet this app didnt approve purchase and has 55.00 on hold on my card for days now unbelievable!! I use the app quite often how ever Im gonna look into getting my sandwiches elsewhere its like every time you change your payment on the app and if you dont get your zip code right it will decline and still have the money taken from my card then I have to wait days to get my money back and be watching to make sure I am credited this is too much ! If it declines no money should be taken out my account if its being declined!

Okay

It is a nice app, but is a but limited. For example, I like to order 2 or 3 different kinds if cheeses on a single sandwich, yet the app only lets you order 1 cheese per sub

I use this app all the time

Very convenient way of ordering my subway sandwich. App gets glitchy sometimes and if the store is busy I understand that I may have to wait a bit but for all the other times when I bypass the line and my sandwich is ready and waiting it makes up for it.

Works Great!

Have no problem creating and placing orders. The only thing I found tricky is making sure my order is being placed at the correct store location. Always double check store location before finalizing and submitting your order. Once I almost submitted my order to the wrong location. I think the process for switching store locations could use some simplification. I have it down now though. Ive used this app for at least 3 years now and my order is just about always ready to go. Only once or twice when maybe I got there a little early and my order wasnt ready to go, but at least they were already making it when I arrived. Only once ever did I have an issue when I got there just to be told they never received an order. I dont know if it was because girl there could tell that I was upset, or if there is a policy when things like that happen with the app, but the girl gave me my entire order for free (two 6" combos). The only thing that would make using this app even better is also paying through the app. I believe that is done through a different app download. However I am happy playing at the restaurant when I get there. Unless of course I can associate payment with a gift card the way Starbucks allows you to. I only gave it 4/5 stars because I think Subway could do more to make the store locating and verification process a little simpler. There should be a screen near the end of the process that undoubtedly lets you know where your order is going, and from that screen you should very easily be able to change your store location.

Not easy to use

It has a LOT of room for improvement. The app isnt particularly intuitive which leads to a lot of hunting around. If I used it frequently it would probably be easier but I dont. It requires quite a bit of time to figure things out each time I try to use it.

It works but..

This is probably the worst UX any app could offer. Whoever designed this should rethink their choices in life.
