Roughly half the time, youll place an order, pay for your order, get your confirmation email only to arrive at the store and theyve heard nothing. Doesnt matter if you show your confirmation, you have to get in line, order again and pay a second time. Good luck getting your money back too.

I place my order and declines my card, I check my bank statement its pending but no confirmation on the order, I eventually dont get charged but I would like to eat somewhere when I want too

Just ordered two times already and they never got it right neither made my order on time, I always have to go there and do it myself Theyre food is awesome but they dont deserve an app cuz they never pay attention to it

After spending time selecting the store and picking the items, there was no way to submit the order. When I called the store, they didnt know anything about the app.

There is a lot of work needed on this app, I FINALLY got my order through but with a lot of frustration.Took a long time to find the store although I was putting in correct address and store number, had to reset all settings twice.ONLY reason I kept going is that they did drop off at my kids high school for free..good for days that I didnt pack their lunches.

This app more trouble then it is worth. I have been double charged for orders. Also, it has prohibited me from ordering today and placed my order for the following day when I will not be it town. When mistakes are made there are no ways to cancel the order. These problems are annoying. The app should have been tested more.

I have used the subway app twice. Both times the store has the order slip printed and when I show up to the register the employees ask if I am the app order then inform me they will now make it. They said they dont make it out of concern that the customer will not show. So, the app is useless if they wont make it after you order it.

I enjoy the visual cues to tap for ordering. Ive used the regular Subway app and the Subway California app. The Subway CA app is superior.

Its 9:30pm and the store closes at 11pm. Yet the app is giving me a pickup window of TOMORROW?! I understand not taking orders at 10:55, but an hour and a half is ridiculous. Give a "Pickup Now" option and the rating goes to 5-star.

@developers please add passbook support, it allows users to store coupons, boarding passes, event tickets, store cards, credit cards as well as debit cards via Apple Pay. It is all so convenient to just have all membership cards and coupons in just one place. Youll be doing yourselves a huge favor by embracing it, it is the future and I am so excited!!

For the second time now, Ive placed an order and then discovered the store I want to pick up at changed after my order went through. Inconvenient for me and a lost profit for Subway. Im not going out of my way to pick up my sandwich when this app messes up. Too bad!

This app as gone from ok to a piece of s@$& I use to able to pace order in my area now you cant even select them

I like be this subway app! It lets you see all of the nutritional values of your customized sandwich!

The latest update is buggy. About half the time it wont launch the app to the new order screen. It tries to relaunch my last order.

The app doesnt allow me to place an order for the current day only for the next day ! I think there should also be an option just to change the portion of the sandwich because sometimes while placing the order you think you want a 6" but then want a footlong LOL!

Order was correct and was ready for pickup at the time specified :-)

Surprised by the negative reviews! I use this app 2-3x a week to order lunch from my local Subway. They know my order so well, they even add my pickles on the side (even tho thats not an option in the app)!

Works like a charm for my local, just down the street from house Subway store. This one is usually simi-busy, so it seems that they get order in a timely fashion, but I was told that customers in line come first, internet orders come second (I understand that). So with that in mind, I order whens hey just open or after lunch time. The other thing that is great is if you forget your paper coupon, you just tap the menu app and it will bring up the coupon page and you just tap the discount you want when make your order, simple-dimple!
