Wish I could purchase goods this way everywhere. Things Id like to see: Method for stores to send back confirmation your order had been received. Once Ive used app for more than one Subway location it should either prompt me for location or attempt to determine based on my location. Too many times Ive come within 2taps of ordering food 50 miles away. 2012-1-22: when trying to order from store #35998 in late evenings often the app will warn me my order is for the next morning at store open time. This is when ordering within at least 2 hours of store closing time. Usually orders take 15-30 mins. Is this store configured not to accept app orders past a certain hour?

I changed my previous bad review because the support was so amazingly good in fixing some bugs. The flow is a little difficult to navigate like trying to change stores is more complicated than it should be. But a good app to use once you program your favorites and details.

Great app, easy to use. My orders have always been ready and they call if something on the order cant be done!

I downloaded this app because my other subway app was a fail so I thought Id give this one a try to help me save time since I only have a 30 min lunch. I thought my order went smoothly but apparently it didnt because when I arrived at the store they told me they never even received the order. Luckily I put the option to pay with cash otherwise I probably wouldve been charged if I had put pay with card. I ended up having to wait in line at the store which was what I wanted to avoid.

Best app ever! I love the fact the it saves my orders thats way I can always go back an reorder the same items when Im running out of time. I especially love the fact that when I go pick up my food I can go to the front of the line on those busy lunch times.
