Wish i knew about this app when someone asked me what i wanted at subway. They totally got my order wrong so i didnt eat it..i just use it to order meals quickly and skip lines

It works most of the time, but most of the problems are the stores. Printers not working or stores not receiving the orders. But when it does work, its great. Not waiting in line, and having your order ready. Whats hard is sometimes the individual store doesnt have something, I would like to know before I drive all the way to a store and they dont have something I want. But its not the apps. fault.

I found that not all stores allow one to order by credit card from their Subway App. My closest one is one of those in Pacoima, on Paxton St.

Saves so much time! It just needs a payment option.

It used to be good but now it takes 10 minutes to get the app to launch and it crashes constantly

This app is terrible. Ive tried at 3 different subway locations to use it and each time I get to the order screen and then it says my card was declined (but still charges me for the food) try a different card same thing. I then called the store I was ordering from and apparently they never got the order even though I was charged. I had to go through the process of cancelling all the charges and subway had the audacity to say they wouldnt refund the money. They eventually did thankfully but they have lost a customer.

App is laid out in a logical manner that makes it easy to use. Just pick the items in the same order I do in the store...how easy is that? But not all the options were there that we have in-store. Pepperoncini for example, nor sprouts. But overall a very good app. Gerry in San Diego

Spent 20 min putting in order then it froze. Did it all again with same problem.

I love the fact that I could just put together an order and have it ready and waiting when I get there. Its a timesaver for sure.

Building a sandwich is much better than ordering off the menu. Not clear how to use a subway card on this. But one of my favorite apps to use

Works great and more detailed than Subways national app.

We prefer this app to the national one. It has more options. Cant give it 5 stars because its a bit less stable than I expect, though it has improved in the latest version. It still freezes and crashes more often than it should (generally at start up).

I can never pay with a credit card through this app; very annoying.

I have used this app two different times in to different cities works great!

I tried it first time when we were about to take my mom to visit her doctor with her caregiver. I used this app to order some food for my mother as well as for myself. It worked so well with our limited tight schedule and bypass the long line to pick up the food. Anyway, I was confused when it was based on meal set instead of individual item when ordering (remember that I tried it for the first time and wasnt familiar with its GUI. Im sure I will be more comfortable in using this app as I use it again number of time. Great tool to have.
